Reservations may be made now! 

The AAFEA conference reservation does not include the cost of rooms. Please contact the Williamsburg Marriott directly to make hotel reservations. The Williamsburg Marriott can be reached at 1-800-442-3654. Please note that all reservations need to be submitted no later than March 13, 2009.      

Conference participants may make reservations online.  The group code for AAFEA is "AAFAAFEA".  Please use this code to identify yourself as part of the AAFEA conference to receive the group rate of $89.00 per night.
